Terms and conditions
Payment: Deposit of 15% is required to initiate production. Full payment is due within 10 days of invoice. Please make payments through Zelle, cash, or checks payable to Jessica Legaspi.
Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation happens within 24 hours BEFORE the event of the photoshoot, the client
is responsible for paying 50% of the overall photographic fee. The deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the Client cancels or changes the session.
Exclusivity: Photographer is allowed to use the photographs taken in the future for her own marketing purposes. Usage
includes Jessica Legaspi Photography website and social media.
Turn around time: Final processed files will be available to the client within 4-8 business days after photographing the event.
Retouching: Each photograph will be lightly edited to enhance things such as brightness, shadows, highlights, and contrasts.
